D’Azur was established 5 years ago and is growing from strength to strength.

Laurence grew up on the Côte d’Azur, where the brilliant light and an artist mother helped her develop a strong sense of colour.

With numerous stays in Venice and private teaching, she learnt the age old technique of Lampworking, used by Venetians to make wonderfully intricate beads, to create her own style.

She has been established in a small village of the South West of England for 20 years now, and still finds inspiration in the countryside surrounding her studio.

Every piece of jewellery is lovingly hand-made by her, taking great care of quality and individuality, hence many pieces are ‘one offs’.
